Shipping policy

Club Rue orders are packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days after payment has been confirmed. During limited drops, restocks, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Rest of World: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information if available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Club Rue is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, refusal of customs fees, or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply.
